Rejoicing that this month, I have had the privelege of serving all my current clients for more than 5 years! 🎉 It’s a bit odd when all your four-legged managers 🐶 don’t speak to you while at work 😅, but let me tell you, they absolutely still convey their happiness to me every single day I visit! 🥰 I even get bonus cherishing if they get treats 🍖 lol. I also appreciate their very kind owners, as their pups absolutely reflect what wonderful people they are, thank you! I also remember all those that have passed: Ellie, Eva, Dani, Jewel, Sheldon, Sunny, Cassius, Spud, Bruce, and Shannon. 😌 🕊️ 🤍 They have such short lives, cherish the moments and make it a wonderful life!

Please make sure your fur babies are ready for Santa Paws! 🎅 🐾. A few helpful tips: don’t let them eat unsafe foods meant for humans; ensure wires and candles are out of their reach; and keep them away from holly, mistletoe, poinsettia, & Christmas tree water. May peace and joy grow in the hearts and minds of all beings! ☺️ 🌟 🎄

We are mourning the unexpected passing of Dani, she was my very 1st fur client that started The Heights Dog Walkers. She was so joyful & sweet—she very much enjoyed her walks, and I also loved it so much that I started offering dog walking for other neighbors. We honor her by planting 10 trees 🌳 through the Arbor Day Foundation in the Oregon forest. 💚 May she happily wait with all our fur friends on the rainbow bridge 🌈 to be reunited with her loved ones again one day. 😌

Summer 🌞 is practically here for Tampa Bay! Please ensure your fur babies have access to shade 🌳 and water 💧 while playing outside. TIP: If a dog starts panting with its tongue hanging to the SIDE of its mouth, that might start to indicate it's time to go inside into the air conditioning! 🌬️

Dogs & cats can hear FIVE TIMES MORE than a human! With that being said, please be mindful of your pets with the New Year’s celebration. 🥳
1) Remain calm yourself—pets are in tune to our moods; if we get upset, they will too.
2) Ensure they are in a safe place inside the home; pets can potentially dig, get out, &/or lost, if they panic outside.
3) Turn up music or TV to help muffle the outside noises (or get hurricane rated windows 🪟)!
4) Consult a behavioralist &/or vet for any possible need for treatment options in severe cases.

Winter is here! Please make sure your pets dress warmly 🔥 if needed and try to keep them dry. Water 💧 should always still be available and check 🔍 their paws 🐾 closely for any chaffing. Keep antifreeze ☠️ away from all pets and kids too! Check around your vehicles (👏 gently make noise 🔊) for cats 🐱 trying to stay warm before turning your engine on. In general, pets should not be left outside unsupervised—if you’re cold 🥶, they could be too! 😌 Wishing you and your fur family a wonderful winter and happy howl-idays! 🐶
