Hey folks, update!
All the trees are spoken for.
The fruit is at this point too.
I am leaving some of the things as is until I find out if the new potential buyers want any of it.
I will let you all knkw when I have things for sale and list them.

The 305 is getting ready to be sold! (Hopefully this winter)
Anyone wanting to come dig, split or pick, the next 6 weeks are ideal for this.
I have peach trees that can be dug up and transplanted, loads of perennials that can be split or dug, and fruit on the trees (limited but could support a few you-pick's this year)
Additionally, I have loads of gardening and food processing gear and materials...

Chonky peaches= less flavor.
Why?
Soluble solids (mainly sugars and acids) drive flavor. When the cells take in water to the point of swelling, the [ concentration ] of soluble solids decreases.
This effects flavor as well as storage, including preservation.
So make sure you are checking pH and brix if you can or have the ability, on this swollen fruit.

I put a bunch of long white zucchini and heirloom tomatoes in the mini farmstand, help yourself. I wont have a good system to store food until I settle down into my new mobile lifestyle planned. Thus I will be sharing most my harvest this year.
