USPS shipments—even Priority and Overnight Mail—are taking 1.5 to 2 weeks to arrive due to changes under the Delivering for America Plan. If this is the case, we recommend contacting USPS for you may be entitled to a refund.

📝 Quick Swabbing Tips:
• Separate nursing puppies from mom for 1 hour before swabbing
• Swab each cheek for 20 seconds, ideally in the morning or a few hours after food/play
