Taft City Animal Shelter, CA The Taft City Animal Shelter receives animals that have been found stray in the City of Taft. If your animal is neutered or spayed it's 37$ to get them out.

IMPOUND FEES:
When animals are impounded, there is a fee to get them out. If you have a male adult dog or a female adult dog who is impounded, and not neutered or spayed, it would be 72$. A 10$ fee per day will be added from the day we have contacted you as well. ADOPTION FEES:
Dogs; 60$ or 63$ depending on if you live in the city residence or county residence. Cats; 30$ for female. 25$ for male.
