This is your friendly reminder that our dog groomers are human. We make mistakes! Sometimes tiny ones, sometimes not so tiny. We are working with sharp tools on moving objects that sometimes use their sharp tools on us! Sometimes we have to groom them upside down, while they lay on their belly, or while they crocodile roll. So before you get upset over a mistake, or take it too personally, please remember that if it were easy, youād be doing it yourself! We try hard to make every dog as perfect and tidy as we can and also get them done before their owners call in a panic that their precious pooch has been here over two hours! So please be mindful of how difficult this job really is. We strive for perfection, but sometimes perfection just isnāt reality. Thanks for understanding that!
