Exciting news!!!! Happy spring time!!! Hoorayyy!!! We are in the process of hiring our 4th Breed Groomer/Pet Stylist!!! Right now our books are closed to new clients again as we are busting at the seems and booked out through June and most of July. We look forward to the addition of another member of our grooming family and reopening the books. When we first opened almost 5 years ago, we just prayed the phone would even ring. Taking a big leap of faith to open our own salon was very exciting and scary. We have been so fortunate to have the patrons we have and love every single one of you and your furries!! I keep a note book a mile long of new clients wanting to get on the books. I have to turn down new people every single day but look very forward to welcoming them to salon!!
Unfortunately.. I have to talk about NO CALL/NO SHOWS. We are a schedule based business. When a client NO CALL/NO SHOWS, there is no way to fill that spot in a timely manner and our Groomer is just OUT the time and money for that time spot. We have our own opinions about manners and not having the courtesy to even call, but We'll keep those to ourselves. To protect ourselves we have updated our Policy and is posted in the salon along with having everyone sign it as well. This keeps us all on the same sheet of music. Theses policies insure we are able to better accommodate those clients who value our service and time, along with those who are looking to get on the books. Thanks so much for your understanding and being a part of the 99 Problems But Groom'n Ain't 1 family!!!
