It was vet day at the shelter today! Dr. Holly did intakes for six new surrenders. After doing X-rays she discovered one of the surrenders had a previously broken elbow which had created a new false joint as well as a mass at the base of her spine. Katie Berge LVT got to meet our Shelter mascot Julian.

It's a great Wednesday for the weasels. Dr. Kayla listened to everyone's heart and felt for lumps and bumps. The babies are healthy!

Today was vaccine day with our new volunteer Veterinarian Kayla Burnham from VEG. We vaccinated 33 ferrets with no reactions!! Thank you so much Kayla!!
