Effective immediately:
-All elective procedures and appointments have to be cancelled/rescheduled
-The only appointments that will be scheduled are pets that are ill/injured, in need of a Rabies vaccine (due to NYS Law), or puppies that need core vaccinations.
-All appointments will be done "curbside."
Steps:
1)When arriving at the animal hospital, call the office to let us know you are here.
2) Please wait patiently until we have a doctor available, when a doctor becomes available someone will meet you at the back door to take your pet.
4) NO CLIENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLINIC, thank you for your understanding, the doors will remain locked
3) During your appointment the doctor will talk with you over the phone to acknowledge any questions or concerns you may have.
4) Payment will be taken over the phone (NO CASH OR CHECKS)
-All prescriptions must be called in and paid for over the phone, someone will bring them out to you when you arrive to pick them up.
-Business hours remain the same.
