We are now offering our compassionate end of life services in Madison, Oneida, Lewis and Herkimer counties. We have been grateful to provide these services to the Syracuse and Ithaca area and are excited to be able to assist families within a 50 mile radius of Utica as well.

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy. We are here to help you and your family navigate through the heartbreaking process with compassion and professionalism. For 12 years, Dr. Annette Otis was a dedicated emergency veterinarian and, unfortunately, had to perform numerous euthanasias as part of her job. Losing a beloved pet is always heartbreaking, but Dr. Otis saw the need for a kinder, less stressful environment to say goodbye in. That’s why she founded Stillwaters Veterinary Care -- to provide families with an easier farewell in the comfort of their own homes. As a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian, Dr. Otis has the expertise and compassion necessary to provide your pet with a peaceful passing.
