ompletion of requested services detailing exactly what services were completed, date, time, remarks regarding anything of concern (foreign objects in stool, presence of blood or mucus in stool, high concentrations within a particular location which could impact vegetation or surrounding landscape, proximity to gutter run-off or other drainage which could cause waste to leach into other areas of the property, loose gate latches, loose or uneven stones/pavers, loose or damaged fencing, suspected theft/vandalism).
