Want your new baby to thrive in their new home? Here are a few suggestions we have:

Thermostat! - whether you choose under belly heat or a heat lamp, please keep your baby safe with a thermostat

Cocoa Bark substrate, works great and holds humidity well

2 hides, one on the cool side and one on the hot side
A humidity hide is great too

Larger water dish. Some balls like to soak when they shed

Clutter! Especially for babies. They are young and scared. Give them lots of places to hide!

Warm side should be 88-90°

Humidity should be 50-60%, bump to 70-80% during shed
A digital hydrometer is best, those dials from big box stores are not accurate
