Update: Found a new home

Silkie and satin chicks. Hatched June 23 to July 3rd. I have 2 showgirls in the mix. One showgirl is a black satin. The other showgirl is a grey silkie maybe a frizzle. I am a chicken momma. This morning I found a cold halfway hatched chick. I remember what other farmers have said. It ain't dead until it is warm and dead. I picked up the cold chick and cupped my hands and concentrated all my heat to my hands. I after a few minutes I felt a sign of life. I ran inside and put the little one under the heat lamp. I kept rubbing its side and telling it to fight. The chick started to breath lightly. I kept rubbing itand talking to it. It started to peep. It is currently peeing and moving around . I am so grateful that I was able to save its life.
