When Johnny and I visited Nick to take photos, he got this girl out and was holding her while I set up another set of props. He was grinning while looking her over with so much love and pride, that I snapped a few quick candid shots. He thought it was a photo of her, rather than both of them. It's not a perfect shot, but I couldn't bring myself to delete it. He was such an inspiration to Johnny and me. He went above and beyond to be supportive and answered all my dumb newbie questions with blood pythons. Even this week he was so sweet about putting up with my videos and pictures of my clutch and sharing my excitment over them. I couldn't have asked for a better blood python mentor. Johnny and I considered him a close friend and absolutely one of the best people we'd met both inside and outside the reptile community. If we are feeling his loss at a distance, I can't even imagine the pain Kendra is going through right now. Yesterday I was cracking jokes with him and I had no idea that would be our last conversation. The world is definitely a darker place without Nick's positivity and kindness shining in it.

Gobble's Reptiles started with an interest in high quality Ball Pythons and Western Hognoses, as well as a few beautiful Leopard Geckos. We keep our facility small and involve our children in the process. Our reptiles make beautiful, friendly pets as well and wonderful breeders. Having reptiles is a very rewarding and exciting experience that we recommend everyone should try!
