EFFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
Due to very frequent no shows (not canceling, not calling to reschedule, just not showing up for appointments) specifically with cats and late day appointments a deposit is required at booking to reserve these appointments. A card on file or pay at booking will be required for all future appointments starting tomorrow.
A friendly reminder (also in your reminder texts and emails): to avoid no show, cancellation, late fees or services limited we require 48 hour notice of any changes to your appointment(s). I will be calling all appointments this affects. IF I cannot reach you or receive the deposit within 24 hours your appointment will be terminated.
This has been a long ongoing issue which I have put my foot down on and relaxed many times. Going forward this is the policy for:
All cat appointments
All private appointments
All late day (2pm or after) appointments
Thursdays hours will be changing as a result. We will be closing at 4pm instead of 6pm. BUT if you need a late day appointment Thursday will be the day for "after hours" appointments.

5 no shows in 1 day due to this very issue is outrageous and hurts small businesses that depend on appointments to keep the doors open. No we are not closing! But if these issues continue we will start scheduling how all other salons do.... day drop offs, dogs in the salon all day call when ready. Thats not how this salon runs. Thats not the route I want to take so please do your part and give notice so someone else waiting can fill your spot.
Those that simply dont show up, dont call, dont respect our time and money it costs our business will be terminated from future services.

We are almost fully booked through the end of June. Please book at least 2 appointments ahead to stay on schedule. *8a-12p, 4-6p and Saturdays are in highest demand. If you need one of these times book out at least 2 appts in advance. 🥰

No animals were hurt in the making of this video. Reese was just the elephant in the room while Melissa and I 🤣🤣🤣. Prior to this video he was walking doing hand stands and acting like he broke is arm. Reese is not a dress me up pup. But trying these for tick control! Ill let you know how it works. Stay tuned!

They were brought to MHS today and we are seeking the public's help in finding their family!
