Our mission is to provide you with a clean, stress free atmosphere, using safe natural products and innovative equipment to pamper your pooch in hopes of an enjoyable grooming experience. Erin has worked in the pet care industry for close to a decade, and has gained a wealth of knowledge pertaining to pet care, grooming, and overall pet health. She also continues to further her education, gaining knowledge on current trends and new styles to provide you with consistent, quality grooming.

The Pooch Pawlor crew spent Sunday getting recertified in Pet CPR and First Aid! This is a class we are committed to taking every two years to ensure we’re up to date on the latest techniques and information.

We’re fortunate to be part of such a wonderful pet care community. We were hosted by Fuzzy Friends Pet Care and joined by our friends from Dapperdog Lynn for a great day of learning and collaboration.

Everyone knows Moe, my dog, but meet my cat Himsberry! We got him as a young adult and he is the coolest cat ever! He had his first grooming appointment with Bertha and WOW! So much better than my baths at home! Of course Moe was with him for emotional support 🥰🐾❤️🐈

Bertha grooms cats on Sundays, when the shop is quiet and without dogs. Super low stress for the kitty’s!

As the snow and winds continue, we will be closed again tomorrow. Swampscott briefly lost power, which shut down our computer system, and I do not have remote access to the schedule. We offer: Paw Balm, nose balm, detoxing mud bath, high quality moisturizing/ deshed shampoos and conditioner, enzymatic tooth paste and breathe spray, nail dremel, finishing sprays that add oil and proteins back to the coat. And more ❤️

Perfect for winter maintenance. Bath brush availability is typically same day, and has much more flexibility than haircuts. Having a short haired dog can be low odor and low shedding with the right grooming services!
