To My Wonderful Dirty Paw Spa Family,
I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. The past few weeks have been challenging with unexpected family matters, and I’ve had to make some tough decisions, including rescheduling many of your appointments. I know it hasn’t been easy, and I truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding.
This past week has been one of the longest I’ve worked—early mornings to late nights—doing my best to take care of as many pups as possible before my time off. Through it all, your kindness and support have meant everything to me.
Beyond that, I can’t tell you how much all your prayers, kind words, and well wishes for my dad and my family are so appreciated. Your love and support remind me that The Dirty Paw Spa isn’t just a business—it’s a family. I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you, and I can’t wait to see you and your sweet pups soon!
