🎷Jazz up those farm fresh eggs with some of our green onions!

🤠 Here's how we it:
- Preheat the pan on medium heat with coconut oil
- Scramble some eggs in a jar. Then, toss in a dash of 's raw milk & salt. Mix further
- Cut the green onion into small pieces
- Fry the white part of the green onion until translucent. Save the green for the end.
- Add eggs and cook until light, fluffy, and most of the moisture is cooked off
- Then BAAAM!! add your pepper and green onion tops

It’s All About The Family

Our journey started about 2 years ago, on a small piece of land, at the edge of the city. We knew we wanted to grow our own fruits and vegetables, to enjoy a healthier lifestyle, but had never really thought about growing fresh produce to serve our local community...until now. On our journey to spread the love of health, we learned about microgreens, and the amazing nutritional benefits that they provide. We decided to try our hand at growing them, so we bought some racks, trays, lights, seeds, and soil. After about 7 days, we had our first tray of Daikon Radish microgreens, and they were DELICIOUS! And BONUS...microgreens surpass their mature leaf counterparts in nutritional density by 4-40 percent. You can’t beat fresh, healthy and YUMMY microgreens straight off of your neighbors farm!
