So I missed Monday and now it’s Tuesday lol. The following policies take effect tomorrow and so will the new pricing. If you have questions please do not hesitate to msg me directly and as always thank you for continuing to allow us to care for your babies!

Clients will be required to give 24hr notice before canceling or rescheduling appointments, those who don’t will be charged for the missed appointment. This charge can be paid via Venmo or added to your total at the following appointment

If it is discovered that your pet has fleas at the time of your appointment you will be charged a special handling fee as well as a flea bath charge. Proper flea baths take additional time not only to conduct but also is an added risk to other dogs, therefore special products and precautions have to be taken.

Any client that is 30 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled at the convenience of your groomer.

Special handling fees will be added to dogs who are difficult or aggressive for any kind of service we provide, including, but not limited to nail trims, blow drying, etc.

Dogs who are thought to be pregnant will need to be rescheduled until after the puppies have been weaned.

An express grooming fee will be added to those clients who require their dogs to be returned to them within two hours of drop off.

As a reminder, we ask that once you drop your dog off, you do not re-enter the building until you’ve been contacted that your dog is ready for pick up as this causes additional stress to your dog as well as the groomer.

Hello! It's hard to believe it's been a year since I relocated downtown, but here we are, almost at the one-year mark. As I previously mentioned, pricing for large and extra-large breeds will be increasing. If you would like to know the new pricing for your dog's next visit, please message me personally so I can provide you with the updated information. Every dog is unique, with different coats and needs, so your golden may be priced differently than another golden. As for the policy changes, I will post those on Monday, and they will also be printed and displayed in the shop. As always, I am forever grateful to my clients and look forward to what the future holds for all of us!

ATTENTION:

As of July first there will be changes to prices and policies. These changes will be posted and pinned to the top of this page. In order to continue to provide all of our clients with top notch quality service we will need to increase prices on the larger breed dogs. There will also be special handling and additional care services that will be provided when required and charged for. We thank everyone for your continued trust and support over the last 6 years of serving the pets of our community!!
