Hey there! I'm Jess Jones owner and trainer at PAWS Academy. First I'd like to thank you for showing interest in my PAWS Academy and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! Here at PAWS Academy we strive on being positive all the time. This means that i do not allow any pinch, choke, or shock collars in class. This also includes no negative actions while in class, ex: leash popping, leash

jerking, kneeing in the chest, or pushing the dog into a position. To help keep it positive i do offer clicker training. If you do not want clicker training that's fine too as there are many other positive training methods to explore. We strive to make you and your fur baby happy. We are here to please you and train your dog to do the things that are convenient for your home and family. We want you all to work together well and be a successful pack! If you are interested in any training or you have specific questions or training methods you would like to go over please contact me anytime via email or between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday thru Saturday via phone! Training:

I charge $100.00 per 6 weeks. This gets you 1-1.5 hours per week for 6 weeks! I train you to train your dog in group classes but will consider private one-on-one training depending the situation! Scheduling is fairly open and i am willing to work around work or school schedules(that includes mine and rig schedules)
All students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult! If for some reason you have a dog that you need trained but don't have an open schedule or have issues getting to a class i will come to you and train your dog or pick your dog up a few times a week to train with them however the prices for this varies and is NOT considered a 6 week class. prices may go up depending on arrangements! We would like to pass along our deepest condolences to Shyla Baue during this tough time. Samson was a blessing to our program and he will be greatly missed.

Samson played a huge role in my career being the first deaf dog i ever trained using hand signals and american sign language. He was a joy to have in classes and was always eager to keep learning. He loved his classmates and tended to be a "teachers pet". I will miss the visits and snuggles but he will forever be a huge part of my classes and story! Thank you Samson and Shyla for helping me further my skills and blessing me with teaching you both! ♥️

We lost an amazing student today!! Capone was an amazing dog. His mamma brought him to training classes as a puppy. He was 100 percent deaf. We taught him sign language and trained him to do so many things. He was so smart and always so eager to please. I spoke of him often in other training sessions, i was so proud of how smart he was and how far he came.
Aspen you did an amazing job training and raising Capone. He was so lucky to have you!! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of his life!! There will not be a class that goes by that i dont think about him or talk about him. His spirit will live on forever threw PAWS Academy!!
This is Capone enjoying the sunset!! He literally stopped in the middle of training just to watch the sun go down. He always enjoyed the little things!!
