A Huge Surprise and an Even Bigger Blessing!
As many of you know, our little van—our daily driver for the rescue—recently needed a new transmission. After getting our big van repaired, we were finally able to arrange for our Dodge van to go to the mechanic.
Today, we received a call that our van was ready for pickup. Lisa and I rearranged our schedules and headed to J&W Tire and Service Center in Scott County, expecting to pay the repair bill.
To our complete surprise, we were told the bill had already been paid in full by an anonymous donor.
We were speechless.
To the generous person who made this possible, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness is a tremendous blessing and allows us to continue focusing our resources on the animals who depend on us every day.
Your generosity will directly benefit the homeless, neglected, abandoned, and forgotten animals we serve throughout Morgan and Scott Counties.
Sometimes, when the challenges seem overwhelming, someone steps forward and reminds us that there is still so much good in this world.
