One Stall Available August 1, 2026- Rate $600/month
12'x12' Stalls- Rematted recently, cleaned once daily, with fans and wall hay nets. Tribute feed fed twice daily- I will supply any formula Tribute makes. Supplements and other feeds (alfalfa pellets, beet pulp, etc.) can be fed daily at no extra charge but supplied by owner. Tipton-85 hay we grow ourselves is offered free choice in turnouts and in stall nets. We have a forage analysis done every year. Other hay welcome at owner's expense and can be stored on premises for free. Premium wash rack with hot/cold water, fan, and no slip mats. Beautifully maintained and safe property- perimeter fencing and gates with boarder access only. Some light trails and a small obstacle course (tires, teeter totter, etc.) Arena with multi-discipline obstacles. Small group, semi-private, or private turnout. We prioritize turnout as much as possible- summer, preferred turnout is at night and in winter we keep them out as weather permits in daylight hours. Blankets, fly masks/boots/spray all included. Manager has 22 years experience caring for horses and is communicative about any changes or concerns. SC Equine/Dr. Jeremy Servantez is our regular vet and Tommy Newman is our farrier. Others are welcome but owner must organize and be present for any care not under usual vet/farrier. Holding for routine farrier/vet is included. Free trailer parking on site. Tack room with fridge and lockable lockers and restroom. Military and first responder discount available. Boarders can also work off some board on a case by case basis.
