Legends Pet Adds Online Pet Supply Store

For the past few weeks, we’ve been teasing that something new was coming to Legends Pet Care Services. We wanted to build a little excitement, have some fun, and keep everyone guessing. We didn’t even tell our staff until today!

Well… the secret is finally out, and we are incredibly excited to share it with you.
Several years ago, when we rebranded from Legends Pet Sitting to Legends Pet Care Services, the vision was always bigger than pet sitting and dog walking. We wanted to create something more — a trusted place where pet parents could not only receive exceptional care for their pets, but also find products that are safe, healthy, and truly beneficial for the pets they love.

Over the years, clients have asked us countless questions:

We adore every furball we care for—fluffy, scruffy, drooly, or dapper—and we’re always looking out for their best interest. That’s why we’re here with an important (and sunny) announcement...
Cue the dramatic music...
About a month ago, we were all grumbling, “Is winter ever going to end?” Fast forward to now, and Mother Nature said, “You wanted warm? HERE. TAKE IT ALL.”
That’s right—Summer has officially unleashed itself. ☀️
Longer days, blazing sunshine, and temps climbing like a cat on curtains.
But here’s the deal: While your pup might love sniffing every single blade of grass, hot concrete and pavement can turn into little paw-sized frying pans. Not fun. Not safe. Not happening.
So, here's Legends Pet Care Services' official Summer Walking Policy:
🐾 When it’s 85°F or hotter, we won’t let pups walk (or stand!) on hot pavement or concrete.
🌱 Walks will be kept on grass, in the shade when possible, and a bit shorter, especially during those midday sizzle hours.
🕒 This might mean a time tweak for your dog’s usual stroll, or we may stick to grassy spots near your home like we’re hunting for buried treasure (spoiler: it's just more grass).
Why all this fuss? Because overheated pups and scorched paws are a no-go—and we care about your dog’s health and our sitters' safety.
