To Ms Helen:
Since I cannot provide photos on my Google reviews, I will go ahead and put it here and put the link on Google. I would like to address a few things… First and foremost. There’s a huge sign right by the door that has been there for over a year stating to not leave and there will be a charge of you do.(See photo). The reason behind this is we generally try to not put walk-ins into kennels because we do not have signed waivers regarding health and behavior and sometimes dogs get very aggressive when they go inside of kennels or they urinate or defecate and then they’re dirty and gross, but we can’t just sit here and hold the dog because we have a lot of other dogs that have paid for appointments that we have to deal with! Luckily, today I had our receptionist here who was able to hold the dog for not just 60 seconds as you can see in the following photos…
Dog was started off at : 10:42
Dog was finished at: 10:44
My receptionist was already holding The Dog looking for you at : 10:45
Receptionist looked outside for you and could not see you at: 10:48
Receptionist walked outside and walked around the sidewalk and parking lot looking for you and returned back inside at: 10:53
Receptionist put dog in kennel at: 10:54
You returned at: 11:01
Receptionist got dog from kennel at:11:02
(Including multiple photos of clearly, she did not drop the dog nor did it jump, so please stop SLANDERING my business and lying on that part because that is ridiculous and very hurtful)
You paid at: 11:03
(20 min… not half a minute..)

So I, the owner, am responding to this and I am definitely NOT giving you and “I’m sorry”. In fact, I would prefer to get an apology from you ma’am! Not only defaming my business on Google and leaving a poor review clearly LYING because you messed up. Next time you go into a business - Read the signs and don’t leave bad reviews on a business that actually did everything they were supposed to do and was inconvenienced by you!

Thank you Summerville, SC Fire & Rescue for coming so quickly to check on the shop!
This morning there was tight of a gas leak, but it was just exhaust smell coming from next door! We are a little behind this morning, but shop is open! We are good!

Well folks, HALLOWEEN is upon us, so we thought we'd have some fun with it again this year, so we are going to have our 7th Annual Halloween Costume Photo Contest!

HOW THIS WORKS:
Our contest will have 2 categories for participants:
- Category 1 / Children 17-years old and younger for children
- Category 2 / Adult 18-years old and older for adults
- Post the costume picture in the "REPLY" portion to this original post.
- The picture with the most "LIKES" from each category will win.
- Each winner from the 2 categories will be named / posted by us on Facebook at 3pm on November 3, 2025, so stay tuned.

PRIZES:
- The winner of the "Children" category will win a ride to school in a marked Summerville Police Cruiser and then our Chief of Police, Doug Wright, will bring donuts for her/him and their classmates at school.
- The winner of the "Adult" category will receive an approved 'Ride-Along' (in the front seat) with an SPD Officer. Next, our Chief of Police, Doug Wright, will bring donuts to her/him at their office for them to share with fellow office staffers.
