Just in case you were wondering if you were bringing your dog to an amazing place… Not only have we won Summerville Journal scene best Groomer for the 9th YEAR, this year we also won the Google’s Business Rate and Best of the Holy City BEST GROOMER awards!
Well, all of these are flattering. I think I would like to say the Google award is honestly the most flattering considering it is based off of all of you wonderful clients’ nice words that support us! The other 2 are based on votes, and that’s amazing also! Especially since we didn’t even know we were being voted for in the CharlestonLiving Magazine! 🤩🤩🤩

So again! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you thank you thank you so very much for supporting us! We absolutely 100% will not be here without you!

I know! I'm sorry! But honestly we have not increased prices in 2 years. Due to the increase of supplies, the cost of rent and utilities, food on our employees' tables, and of course just the general lovely economy I have truly no choice. I'm sorry, but the other option is to shut down.. and I'll be honest, it's at that point.. and thats NOT an option for us!

HOWEVER!!! In our always unwavering loyalty to the community and love of our loyal clients.. there's a silver lining for those that need it!

1. LEGACY PRICING: All clients that come regularly (every 2-10 weeks generally) will have the option to 'keep regular pricing'. This is for all current dogs and if you acquire a new family member within 6 mo of your last normal visit. But please remember, this this is a help YOU situation, it does not help the shop - but buying treats or add-ons does! FYI - tips go to the employee, not the shop. So 'ill tip extra to not increase my price' doesn't help the shop.

2. We are brining back punch cards! You are able to get a punch card, bring it in each visit, and after 10 punches you get 50% OFF!

3. All cats CURRENTLY IN SYSTEM will remain the same.

4. If you pay CASH, you will not only NOT have to pay a card fee at the terminal, but we will give you an extra $5 OFF (this is for haircut appointments only)

5a. BATH prices will NOT be increased. However, there will be a weight restructuring.

5b. NAIL TRIMS will NOT be increased. I truly feel nail trims are a VITAL part of a dog or cat's overall health and I like to keep those at a reasonable rate and availability for everyone.

6. NEW PACKAGES!! Doodle specific packages, different levels of add-on packages, our Red, White, Blue Summer Blow Out Package, pup cup/treat packages, and more!

7. OTHER Discount Opportunities:
>Residents of Indian Springs or Marlins Estates, Teachers, emergency personnel get 10% off with proof of situation. Police officers with K9's get a free Pawmetto Pup Treats with a visit, even if the visit is for a brother/sister dog/cat.
>If you REFER someone to us, and they book with us, tell them to let us know! you get 10% off next visit! also, if your friend is forgetful, dont worry! You can have us look up their info at your next visit
>Military Holidays = Military discounts
>Keep an eye on FB or your email (make sure we have it!!) for random discount opportunities!
>Senior discount (elderly on limited income) get $10 OFF each visit
>'Regular' Discount is for those that always rebook appointments (like through the year) or each time they come religiously with minimal cancellations/reschedules. You get $10 OFF each visit. (Keep in mind, you must have 3 repeat appointments prior to being able to get this discount and if you cancel/reschedule twice in a row it will be lost until you qualify again. This does NOT include US having to move your appointment.)
> MONTHLY BATH PACKAGE - pay $49/mo for 4 baths a month! any breed. see store employee for more information
>CLOVER POINTS - every time you check out the system asks for your info! it racks up your points and every 100 points (100$) you get a $5 off option! (this can be used with any other discount, this is through clover.. not us! so use it whenever!)

WHEW! That was a lot of info! Normally, I just increase prices and post a sign and 'hey that's life' - but I felt this time it would be good to be transparent with our customer family and let them know what's going on and why! Believe me, I held out as long as I could, but at this point we are falling behind in bills due to outside increases (yay inflation) and have no other option. This change was decided a week ago and has been posted in the store, this does affect all appointments starting June 1. If you would like to inquire about the pricing, please message HERE and I, Kristina, will get back with you. The shop employees are not currently able to access the new prices as the change will be automatic 6/1/26.

*****Discounts are not able to be combined. Pick which one is better for you! The 50% punch card will be 50% off NORMAL pricing, not any other available discounted price.

We hope everyone has a blessed and safe Memorial Day today doing whatever it is you do - but take a moment today and remember what this holiday is.. it is a remembrance day for those that gave it all for you to go have fun today! Thank them to yourself, out loud, alone or in group. But thank them for their ultimate self-less sacrifice that keeps us free!

Being a grooming salon, we also ALWAYS want to thank and remember the DOGS that have given it all as well! Always ready to please, guard, save our men and women on and off the field. Dogs have saved 10's of thousands through several wars since the beginning and they deserve a thought and hat tip, raised beer, smile, 'good boy' salute as well!

Military dogs are more than just working animals; they are soldiers, partners, and friends. Their bravery, loyalty, and sacrifice deserve recognition and remembrance. Organizations like the United States War Dogs Association and various memorials across the country, such as the War Dog Memorial in New Jersey, serve to honor these valiant canines. ARE YOU WAITING ON A HAIRCUT?? YoWzA!!!

Wheeew we got hit HARD this season! We are currently booking into JULY for existing clients and AUGUST for new ones!

I know a few customers are upset right now on not being able to get in quickly, but this time of the year as well as holidays has ALWAYS been a situation guys! I did want to reach out and let everyone know WE PUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS FIRST. Almost all of the appointments for June were made in APRIL for new / existing clients. PLEASE be patient and ANSWER YOUR PHONE if you are on the wait list! Everyone on the wait list will be getting a text today asking if they would like to remain on it, we have some spots in June to fill but again, first come first serve. When we go down the waiting list we CALL and if you dont answer, we move on immediately. There is NOT and option to 'hold the appt' or wait.. and if you get a 'same day' cancellation call.. we need you here PROMPTLY in 30 min or less!

Also - DONT FORGET - we have TIDY UPS! This is a bath and face/feet/sani trim with brush out. Those will be available in excess during weekdays, especially Tuesdays and Thursdays! And just to 'help' the situation of waiting - I will throw in a free conditioning treatment with long-haired tidy ups to help stay matt-free!

Also Also - I am training 2 of our bathers to start grooming! While I would love to hire a groomer, that doesn't always pan out and I expect the BEST CARE ONLY from groomers for our shop. Anyone interested in getting in SOON with them, with full understanding they are TRAINING (the session will take longer and may not be as 'perfect' as a seasoned groomer, but these girls also need criticism!) please DM me or text 843-507-1303 and let us know you are ok with one of them!

Also Also Also - Starting for the Summer (and will also be a thing for holidays) there will be a minimum 'client origination' fee for new clients. This will only be for peak times as we want to ensure new clients would like to enter our family and not just be a 'shop jumper'. This will also help ensure CURRENT clients that make reoccuring appointments will be able to have availability! And just to remind everyone - any client that no shows 2 times must pay their fees before getting an appointment! if there are 3 no shows, you must pay your fee and pre-pay (non refundable) for your appointments going forward. This is NOT new! This is respect for OUR time and other clients' time! If you are a new client and no show your first visit, you must prepay the fee prior to getting another appointment.
