Every appointment booked, every question answered, and every happy tail that walks through our doors starts with a friendly voice on the other end of the line. 💜

It's time to get to know one of the people who helps keep Washes & Wags running smoothly! Here's a little about our Sam the smiling face (and voice!) behind the phone!

1. My name is: Samantha Lytle

2. My job at Washes & Wags is: Scheduling / Answering Phones!

3. My favorite part of my job: Hearing everyone talk about how much they love their pets

4. 🐕 Dogs or 🐈 Cats... or both? Both!!

5. My favorite dog breed: either Australian Shepards or Poodles

6. My favorite cat breed: Somali’s

7. If I could have any pet in the world, it would be: a red panda

8. My go-to coffee or drink order: either mocha frappe (extra sweet) or just an Arnold Palmer

9. Favorite snack or meal: steak and fries or ramen

10. What's always on my playlist? Anything by Kendrick

11. Favorite movie or TV show: Spirit

12. My favorite pet name I've heard: Deifer, but full name was Deifer Dog aka “D for Dog”

16. Outside of work, you'll usually find me: at home or the pool with my son☺️ if I’m in town probably with my mom and brother!

Guyyyys! I know it’s hot and everyone is in their feelings and believe me! Last thing I like to do is think I’m showing up somewhere for appointment and I don’t have one especially to find out my other half helped put me in this situation. (It happens a lot for me 😅) but please.. please don’t leave businesses 1* reviews because of your frustration. I don’t think this person even made it home before leaving this review.

🎶 the music… We are having mixed reviews about the music from customers… We are just trying to make it a little more sound friendly upfront for the customers so they don’t have to listen to our banter and the dogs that are waiting don’t have to listen to the other dogs cursing us out in the back. If the music is too loud when you come in, please let us know so we can alter it. We all listen to loud blaring dryers all day and our hearing is kind of in the garbage but we definitely want your feedback! Just not like this. 🤗

Also, I guess he missed the “hey, how can we help you? “When he walked in the door. Or does that not count as a hello anymore? 🤷‍♀️
