What a fun day at the Albemarle show!

Best in Show (Youth show B )followed by Youth, Best of The Best for Arden and Champagne Super Nova (CSN.)

Arden and Pongo did amazing in showmanship and tried out hopping obstacles together as well. She really enjoyed all of the youth events.

So great hanging out with all the members of the Dixieland Creme D'Argent Rabbit Association! We made several new friends and the show was so full of energy and excitement. We will definitely look forward to attending that one again.

Pongo is a nervous traveler and enjoys the finer comforts…he requests to stay in the hotel room when going to rabbit shows!

Champagne babies are just starting to silver. Our babies get handled everyday which makes them so much easier to work with as they grow out.

What an amazing ARBA experience. We just got back from the youth awards banquet. We had such a great time cheering on all the amazing and talented kiddos that put so much into this hobby. Rowan was fading fast and we left a bit early. Hoping she will have more stamina next time when she’s a bit older. Arden had a great time cheering on all of her friends and mentors. ❤️

So many achievements for Arden at this convention:

-BOB (youth) Creme D’ Argent Sr, Doe
-BOSB (youth) Creme D’ Argent Int, Buck
-Best Fur (youth) Creme D’ Argent
- 1st place, 2nd place, and 4th place senior Champagne D’ Argent, Does (youth)
- 2nd place Sr, Thrianta Doe and Buck (youth)
- Showmanship callbacks
- Black and White photo contest, Junior, National Youth Contest Division Winner

Sadly, we will say goodbye to Indiana tomorrow but, we are very much looking forward to getting back home to the farm. As always, we leave looking forward the next convention 🫶🏻.

Amazing day today! Yesterday, Arden won BOB with her SR Creme D’ Argent doe and BOSB with her Int buck. Unfortunately, her doe’s coat started to break a week before convention. Glad she was able to keep enough of her coat together to stay competitive on the breed table and have the opportunity to participate in Best in Show. That was an experience I know she will never forget.

🫶🏻Big thanks to Teal Stone Homestead and Catherine Benton for helping her so much on her journey and helping her obtain amazing foundation stock.

Also, lots of thanks to Dixieland Creme D'Argent Rabbit Association and the Creme D’ Argent Rabbit Federation for all of their youth support and ❤️.

Arden did amazing on the show tables today! More pics and details to follow tomorrow 🥹. She also got a call back for showmanship which means the world to her. My mommy heart is so proud. ❤️

Today was lots of fun! Arden competed in showmanship and will find out if she will receive a call back tomorrow evening. She came out with all smiles which was the best part. She was also able to compete in other youth events as well. Tomorrow is the big show day for her rabbits so everyone got tucked in with lots of love and snuggles.

Here’s a little video of the rabbits in the open showroom at the ARBA 102nd National Convention so you all can see how amazing it is. Someone help me out with the total amount of enteries at this show… I think I heard 26,000.

We made it! Rabbits are all settled in and Arden is studying hard for her showmanship presentation for tomorrow. I am enjoying a glass of bourbon… cheers!
