Notes to my clients.


PLEASE.....
Keep your dog on a leash. It doesn't matter if they are well trained, my shop is on private property. There are other dogs that live on this property and I would hate to see a beloved pet injured.

PLEASE...
Pick up after your dog. There are p**p bags and trashcan on my porch if you do not have any.

PLEASE...
Make sure your dog has had time to relieve themselves before coming to your grooming appointment. My insurance does not allow me to take your dog outside.
If they relieve themselves in my shop, there will be an additional clean up fee added to your total

PLEASE....
If you are NOT going to make your appointment, call or text me as soon as you know. I have a waiting list of clients that would love to have your spot but there is no time to get them here if you just don't show. Not to mention, it's down right RUDE!
Starting this month, if you no-show there will be a fee of $25. If you no- show a 2nd time you will need to pay your "full groom" price before you can rebook

This sweet boy was pelted solid and the owner loves this boy so much, he was worried about him being stressed out during the grooming process and kissed him goodbye 3 times while telling him he will be back.
This tells me that he is not a bad owner, he was just uneducated on how painful this can be for a dog, it also affects their ability to regulate their body temperature and can cause major skin irritation.
After almost 4 hours of work, I got this boy feeling good and luckily his skin was in good condition. I took the time to explain all of this to the owner and we got him on a regular grooming schedule.
Please, if you are going to get a dog, take the time to learn about the needs of that breed. Dogs do need more than love to be happy and healthy

🌞 Morning Pack Post – The Truth Behind What We Do

Good morning Pack Family! 🐾💛
Today I want to shine a little light on something most people never truly see:

✨ The REAL work of a Pet Stylist. ✨

People see the cute dogs, the bows, the bandanas, the fresh cuts…
But what they don’t see is how physically demanding this job really is.

Most groomers handle 5–6 dogs a day…
But our Pack Leader?
💪 She runs an entire pack AND still grooms 10+ dogs every single day.
That takes skill, patience, speed, and a level of strength people don’t even realize.

Grooming is NOT just “washing dogs.”
It’s hours of:

• Power grooming that strains the wrists, shoulders, and back
• Lifting and holding dogs of every size
• Standing all day with no real breaks
• Endless bending, brushing, detangling, drying, clipping, and sc******ng
• Maintaining control of the dog while keeping them comfortable and safe
• Working through matted coats, anxious pups, senior dogs, and unpredictable behavior

And let’s talk facts:
Power grooming can take a serious toll —
🔥 Tendon strain
🔥 Back and neck pain
🔥 Hand cramping
🔥 Fatigue that hits your whole body, even long after work is done

But we still show up.
We still pour love into every groom.
We still make each pup feel their best.
We still give 100% because this is what we were chosen to do.

And our Pack Leader?
She does it with heart, with faith, and with strength that comes straight from above.
Because when God calls you to serve with love, He gives you the endurance to keep going. 🙏🐾

So today…
Show love to your groomers.
Lift them up.
Appreciate the work they pour into every fur baby.
Because this job isn’t easy —
But it’s a blessing to be trusted with your pets. 💛🐾
