To ensure successful healing after their spay surgery, I used small onesies on the kittens to protect their incisions.

The kittens were comfortable and they didn't escape or get twisted. I recommend using a onesie on your kittens after abdominal surgery. Kept the site clean and they (or their mom) couldn't lick it.
