Rance and Josey Butler Performance Horses We enjoy what we do and it shows. Rance is a Firefighter so we are blessed that we don't have to keep so many horses we can't ride em all.

It gives us the chance to REALLY know the horses we are riding to better serve our owners.

This summers limited rodeo schedule has been fairly successful but tonight Red Horse Remix day-lighted them at the first Mesquite Rodeo of the summer winning it by almost a half second. Good studs sire nice horses… GREAT STALLIONS change the game.

My heart goes out to Lisa Fulton and connections on the loss of the immortal sire A Streak Of Fling. Streaker impacted a lot of lives. I know he changed mine with the opportunity to train and pilot the now retired, Frosted Fling for owner Paris Wixon. He filled my WPRA Permit, made my first World Show Finals, Won me my first Futurity and qualified me for an American Semis to name a few things.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fulton Family.

It’s a hard pill to swallow when your horse is throwing down a run and you make a timing mistake and take the 3rd barrel out. I’m so thankful to be his person. This hot scorching holiday weekend barrels will be hit, steers will be missed, calves will get up, turn back help will fail you, cattle will be washed out, rails will fall, jumps will be refused… nothing is gained by anything other than thanking our horses for giving us their all and being better prepared for next event.
