Once again make sure you called us and booked directly with us. We do not use on-line booking apps. You cannot use one and expect us to honor an appointment we know nothing about, on a day we are already full or not open.

Please do not try to book with us with a third party booking agent. A number of client hopefuls have paid money into them just to find out we know nothing of them. There are a lot of scammers out there if you wish an appointment call, text or message us. We do not accept appointments from third parties like Barkcom Have a great day!

Are you ready for snow? We follow what the city of Suffolk does. As of right now they have not made a decision for tomorrow. I will be calling people with appointments for tomorrow and Thursday this evening with a best guess on our schedule.

Good morning! Am on my way to the office, should be open by 9:00. Be safe and I'll start calling as soon as I am at the shop.Yes we did actually get snow but the roads are reasonable here in Suffolk.
