UPDATE - ON HOLD

Welcome Nick!

He is a character (but not from Zootopia 😉) and as he settles in his personality is showing more and more.

He is good with other dogs but he have learned he would prefer not crazy energy dogs. He is also good with cats.

He is potty trained and a low energy guy. We are at the meeting he's around 5 years old or so. He is shy at first but loves being carried around and is extremely food motivated. Get some food out and you'll be his best friend. He will see the vet this week and will be available for adoption later this week. Reach out today for an application.

Bella was adopted and I love her adopters! Bella is another one of our special needs girls. She is a senior and needs a special kidney diet. Her adopter got her this little pod or "cabin" so she can have her own space to eat her specialized food. I so appreciate adopters that go the extra mile for these dogs ❤️🐾.

Axle ❤️

Retirement home needed. Lots of pets, a warm bed and a lots of sniffing outside requested.

Axle is 14 years young and still loves playing with toys, sniffing outside and laying on the couch with you. He is good with dogs, cats and kids. He is potty trained and will follow you room to room. He is able to jump on the couch and even does the steps downstairs for bedtime. He is definitely a Velcro dog.

He is looking for a home where people are not gone 8+ hours a day and a home that understands he is a senior. He will need a kidney diet. He will be having a dental soon and may be a toothless wonder. His appointment is not for a couple weeks but we would love to have a home lined up for him for after his appointment.

Look who got released from the vet yesterday ❤️🐾. Axle is on the road to recovery 🤞. He still desperately needs his dental in a couple weeks and we can't wait for that. Hoping that will encourage eating as his teeth are literally rotten. He is now on a kidney diet and a couple meds. Hoping he improves every day!

ADOPTED

I know I keep posting Ollie but I can't help it. He is SO cute. Like how can anyone say no to him?

✅ Potty trained
✅ Good with dogs and cats
✅ Excellent snuggler
✅ Sleeps through the night

He does want a home where his people are not gone 8+ hours a day. I know that's a lot of people so please share to find this 10 year old guy his retirement home ❤️🐾.

He is soooo cute ❤️😍. All Ollie wants is a lap to lay on and some ear scratches. He is good with dogs and cats! Potty trained, too! Don't let his age of 10 fool you. He still has so much personality to give you ❤️.

Good vibes needed. With senior dogs things can change so quickly. Axle was so peppy after getting his groom yesterday that made him feel like a million dollars. He walked the yard with us and was doing so well. Unfortunately, after dinner his stomach got upset and it continued through the night. We called the vet when they opened and thankfully they fit us in. He couldn't even keep water down. He just looked at me and I could tell he was saying he didn't feel well. We ran bloodwork and his phosphorus level is very elevated and his kidneys need some help. He will be staying at the vet for the next few days to get his level straightened out and him feeling better. Please send this old man some healing vibes ❤️🐾.
