How do you answer the question "What do you do?"

Here's an example of how NOT to answer: "I provide graphic design, printing, and AI consulting services."

Here's how I DO answer this question: "I own The Forge, where we help small businesses look great and run better. Our consulting division helps small business owners utilize AI effectively, so they have more time for the stuff that matters. Our graphics division provides digital and print branding and marketing solutions so those small businesses stand out to the right people for the right reasons."
