IMPORTANT UPDATE:
There has been an overwhelming amount of same day cancellations for grooming appointments. To continue giving every dog the care and attention they deserve, I've decided to put a cancellation policy in place. Your appointment is reserved as dedicated time for your dog, and last minute cancellations/ no-shows make it really hard to fill those spots.

This new policy helps me to protect my time and my business.

I completely understand that things happen, and i'll do my best to work with you if something unexpected comes up. Communication is key!
