This week we have been evaluating stands on the early planted corn in the area and noticed a few plants that had been cut off by Black Cut Worm. These fields were not to threshold yet, but the concern now is what pressure we may see moving forward in fields that had some winter annual or cover crop presence that would have provided a desirable habitat. Stay tuned as we continue to monitor fields the next few weeks!!
