I love fishing, I brought my kids up fishing, I also brought them up to clean up their mess, to retrieve lures if at all possible and for the love of humanity do not leave your spent fishing line. There is real consequences to leaving things behind. I've had 2 lure retrievals, one a few months ago and one today, a baby Racoon got a hook to the palm, we were able to cut it and he went on his way with part of the barb still in his palm...not the best scenario but he was freed from the deck he was caught on! We all need to do better, take an empty bag with you fishing and clean up after yourself and others! πŸ’™
