The Rusty Peach Kennel Basset Hounds Continuing the Blood Line Our Bassett's are like our babies everyone of them are treated with love and care.

We own Mama and Papa and they are here with me every day. They get along well with everyone and are great with kids. Mom and Dad are both AKC registered and the pups will come with the appropriate papers to be registered, We do not limit the registration.We are not some puppy mill we raise our pups right here in our living room. For the first 2 weeks and a few days before and a few days after the

pups are born you will be able to find me sleeping just a few feet away from them. So if you are interested in adopting a baby Basset send me a message and I will relay my phone number and I will give you further details. We are located in Stratford Connecticut. We are against shipping the pups but on occasion I have personally taken a road trip to meet a new owner half way. I had to take Peaches to the emergency veternary clinic this morning , She was fine last night when I went to bed ... I woke up this morning and she wasnt , She was lethargic , felt really hot and could barley walk .. I immediatley took her too the vet . Come to find out one of her mammary glands is infected (thank goodness the pups are weaned). Anyway I just spoke to the vet and her fever is down and she is resting peacefully I left her there for overnight observation and IV's (antibiotics and fluids).. so please say a little prayer for my little girl that all is well , Thank you
