- While MEAT PROCESSING IS INCLUDED, we have not included meat shipping... Shipping meat can be rather expensive and difficult to keep fresh! If you cannot return with your processed meat, we would be happy to make you an offer on it! You will still leave with memories that will last a lifetime, and in 9–12 months, excluding shipping time, you will receive your shoulder mounts! (For the boar or rams, if you cannot take the meat, for instance, you have to fly in, we will either make you an offer, or you may donate the meat to a local food bank!)

With the size of this waffle, the winner will be required to fill out an IRS form W9 which is required before the items are released. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Unfortunately there is no way around this for tax reporting purposes. If the winner refuses the required forms/taxes, fails the 4473, or cannot legally receive the items then the prizes may be subject to a redraw.

New waffles are generally released on Tuesdays and Fridays but sometimes if they sell out early we may post new ones.
Waffles sold out by 7:00 AM Tuesday or Friday will be drawn that morning, generally between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. We will always post before going live.
Anything selling out after 7:00 AM will be drawn on the next scheduled drawing day. Multiple waffles may be drawn during the same live! If nothing comes up on our website, we are sold out!

Due to the large size of this drawing, we will be using "Random.org" during the live drawing to randomly generate a number between "2 and 826".
Entry/slot ( #1 is already taken in our Excel sheet), so all valid ticket numbers are assigned from " #2 through #826". Numbers are assigned in order based on the date/time tickets were purchased and are recorded in our numbered Excel spreadsheet.
The drawing will be held live ON FACEBOOK, and once the winning number is generated, we will match it to the corresponding entry in the spreadsheet and show the winner’s name (AND SURROUNDING NAMES OF THE WINNER.. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO WAY AROUND THIS).
