Now that we're heading into the toasty months, lets talk pet safety so we don't have any summer bummers 🕶

🌭Don’t Share Food with Pets-Those big sad eyes are a ruse, they will more than likely have diarrhea after. You and your floors will appreciate not worrying about the clean up.
🍔Be Aware of Grill Safety-Wire brushes and grease trays smell like they taste really good. They do not and neither do the ER bills that tend to follow.
♻️Clean Up and Secure Trash-If it smells like food, it clearly is food. It can also be a surprise surgery. Less fun.
✈Be Mindful of Open Windows and Balconies-Dogs and cats cannot fly, despite what they tell you. They are tiny adorable liars without parachutes.
☀️Protect Pets from the Sun-Big fiery ball in the sky, not good for fetch or prolonged exposure. Sidewalk and roads? very hot. Do not recommend bare feet or paws.
🚗Don't Leave Pets in the Car-The windows may be open but it's still a big metal box. Good for cooking eggs, bad for animals (and children)

In all seriousness, please make sure to stay hydrated, be mindful of the weather, and have a good summer 💛
