We are dire need of pet food! We will be forced to close our pet food pantry that has been serving Dutchess County low-income pet owner since 2011. Our main source of pet food is from Pet Supplies Plus, Fishkill. However, some other group must be emptying the bin. Now Pet Supplies Plus has not very little pet food donations in two weeks. This is something we never do. We always leave food behind for other groups. We’ve been going in there for two weeks every other day and finding three or four cans of food. Please help us continue to help the community by donating pet food. We will take open bags of dry cat food, but we do not take open bags of dog food or prescription food.
