Good morning everyone!!
We are having a heat wave so please lets take precautions with out pets to prevent heat strokes and deaths.
ANY OUTSIDE PETS - dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, etc need to have ascess to a BIG SHADED AREA , (TREES ARE BETTER THAN SHEDS) WITH FRESH WATER AND SPACE TO MOVE AROUND TO HIDE FROM THE SUN.
Avoid metal roofs!!! They will get hot and not provide any coolness
Some times changing the water 2 o 3 times a day for fresh coom water.
Older, new borns , debilitatef pets are more at risk
Brachicephalic breeds is prefered to stay inside 100% - pugs, sh*tzus, frenchies, english bulldog and alike.
Winter or Giant breeds - Huskies, chowchow, pomeranian, Great Pyrenees, anything long hair will be at risk too
