As the original author of Libre’s Law, I want to remind folks that animals MUST have proper shelter and protection from extreme weather. Bring them inside, keep them warm, and look out for those who can’t speak for themselves.

Lake Erie was…GONE. No water as far as the eye can see Wednesday. 👀💨🌊

I’ll share one more jaw dropping picture from Cullen Park in Point Place taken from where the shoreline of western Lake Erie is normally. During the seiche Wednesday, the water was sucked out of western Lake Erie due to high winds. Water levels plunged 6 FEET in less than 24 hours.

🐾 Day 59: The Final Countdown for Our Frenchie Mama 🐾

Today marks Day 59, and any seasoned French Bulldog breeder knows what that means — it’s time to keep an even closer watch. With a large litter on board, the next few days are all about careful monitoring and preparation.

This morning, JoJo enjoyed a little sunbathing session in the fresh air — calm, content, and completely unaware of the big moment ahead. We’re now headed to the vet for an ultrasound, reverse progesterone test, and wellness check.

For those who may not know, French Bulldogs almost always require a C-section to safely deliver their puppies Earthside. It’s a delicate process that requires timing, teamwork, and a lot of love.

So please send a little prayer, cross your fingers, and help us manifest that JoJo and her nine little “potatoes” stay cozy until at least Monday! 🐶💛
