Today we took a trip to sullivan Missouri to run a ubt1 test with Bonnie the wind was blowing hard, and it was cold i was nervous about the scent conditions especially with a young dog 9 months old to be exact! Well needless to say we ran our ubt 1 in under 10 minutes! Bonnie will be seen tracking deer this coming fall no doubt!

Attention!!!!!!! There are exactly 7 days left of season and let's end it with a bang! If anyone needs a deer tracked this last week I will do it absolutely free! And help with everything in the woods. So if its a doe dont feel like its not worth having to tip me or if its your target buck its still at no cost. If it was a good shot and you watched it go down thats fine because Bonnie really needs some confirmed kills! I will load her up and head that way to let her find it and help you get it out of the woods even! We wanna have a couple more tracks before its all over for the season! Last night I got a call from a guy who came up from Louisiana to hunt public land and said he shot a buck it was back and low he went 80 yards and bedded then he got up after an hour and went off into some cedars, so he waited 7 hours to track him and went into the cedars and jumped him up and he crossed over the line twice running off so he backed out. I planned to run it at 7a.m so I called the state ground ranger to get permission and I got declined as the laws state only night tracking and he didn't give permission so we decided to meet at 11:45 last night and run it then. We met up and walked in a few hundred yards to the bed and I swapped to the lead and told fancy to find it without hesitation she took off and we got to the cross overs and she struggled to pick up the right line and after she did she locked back on and took us right into this crp to find his buck! Fancy totaled out at 13 minutes from find it command to the high fives!

This morning was a fun one and his daughter got to tag along! I absolutely love sharing the passion of the outdoors with kids i want to let them experience the things that made me fall in love with the outdoors. If I could have made my living in it I would have! I think that is why I fell in love with tracking so much. Fancy ate this line up after being shot in the rain, and raining last night along with 30 mph winds within 5 minutes we were ready to load him up!

Let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. Psalms 95:2

We have so much to be thankful for on this day and 1 of the things is the loving hounds God gives me the ability to own and track deer and c**n hunt! And we are thankful for the people we never met who cheers us on from social media, and the hunters who have so much trust in us. Can't wait to see what the rest of the season holds! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The dead fighting buck!

Sunday morning I got a text from my buddy Jim asking if id be available Sunday night to track his son's buck he shot on Saturday night. I said absolutely! As we get there and start fancy quickly got in a crp thicket as we found the 1st bed we advanced on to another bed, then a 3rd bed at this point she went wide open and pacing like we just jumped up the deer, about that time I hear crashing through the thicket I look up to see a buck with his head down, and I look around and sure enough there was blood all over this area then I hear antlers rattling. As we got up there we realized another buck was dragging the dead buck all over the thicket once we startled him he released and ran off and we got to recover this beautiful 8 point buck! It was a wild experience to say the least!
