Putting the breed bulls back with the bull herd is always an interesting day.They have to find out where they stand in the pecking order. There are a few brothers all the same age that will work it out over usually about a whole day strait. Here's the start of that day

Honorable mention this year to our largest 4 year old tag B014 an 8x7 scoring 451 inches. Very good looking almost typical/symetrical bull. He was also one of the breed bulls so we are excited to see his calves in the future.

This year we are happy to showcase our largest bull ever here at Bugle Point Ranch Tag # Y909. He is a massive 5 year old breed bull scoring 517 inches (born here in 2019). If he was taken to competition he would have scored 3rd largest in North America at his age group. He is a rare, magnificent bull that only may come once in a lifetime. Earning the nickname "Droptang" I'm excited to see how his calves turn out in the future.

This 5 yr old Breed Bull rack is something to see. This bulls rack has so many good traits, almost no space in-between eye guards, long eye guards (20-30in), low (typical) 3rd tang, an extra eye guard, dual drop tangs off (typical) 3rd tang, long (typical) 4th tang (also known as the "dagger"), extra points after the (typical) 4th tang, and good inner and outer width. Can't wait to see how he finishes out! prediction is 440in+

Our 5yr old Breed Bull is looking great this year! Bilateral double 2nd eye guards with a drop tang. Hoping for a 450in rack from him this year. (video originally taken May 5th)

We took the breed bull (4yr old) out of his group of girls and added him back to the bulls group. A 3 yr old was boss bull in the bull pen the whole time he was gone. I missed the beginning 10 seconds of the fight but the bigger heavier breed bull put him in place and went looking for any other challengers. We definitely heard the "clack" when they met. (These are all bulls with antlers cut off in order to prevent stabbing deaths which occur in about 1 in 10 bulls if not removed during the breed season.)
