Been busy! With labor day just around the corner and fall festival's up north I had to get some restock going. I also refilled my Apothecary at home so I'm ready to attack harvest season soon! 🌿

After oral surgery decided to make a healthy rainbow Mediterranean soup to foster healing and detoxification. This is what I came up with and added white beans and then partially blended the soup for thickening.

Happy Spring! Today was Dandelion day! Roots, flowers and greens are all eatable. Dandelion also has a copycat that stays close in the garden that is also medicinal but different. Roots= tea or tincture, Flowers = wine, tea, syrup, Greens= food.
