Ryker of Carisbrooke
Born July 16th, 2023 this young c**t is the whole package in looks, bloodlines and movement! He has a lovey personality and willingness to please that will surely capture your heart.
Ryker is the son of Friesian Heritage Horse International purebred Friesian stallion Draco of Carisbrooke. Draco's sire is the FPZV approved stallion, Pegasus, who was renowned for his mane that flowed all the way to the ground. Draco's genes carry the wow factor of his sire that is so often sought after with the Friesian breed. Draco's intelligence and gentle and friendly demeanor is seen in all his offspring, as well as the hair and original baroque type. Draco's damn, Petra van't Zuid, was imported from Holland at age 4 and achieved Star status after arriving in the US. She was not only a broodmare, but did dressage and carriage driving.
Ryker's mother, Valkery of Carisbrooke, is a German FPZV High Merit registered purebred Friesian, who is also co-registered with the Friesian Heritage Horse International registry. Valkery's mother is Carolein, an FPZV Star mare. Valkery's Sire, Ljibbe's Valour was a do-it-all and win everything stallion. A small list of his accomplishments includes being promoted above Star rating status to 3x First Premie and Senior Stallion of the Year. He held World, National, and Regional titles in all disciplines. His offspring hold titles in all those disciplines at the highest rankings as well. The German registry highlights an aptitude towards dressage with a forward reaching movement ideal. Valkery exemplifies these ideals as is shown in her 2010 FEIT National Inspection Champion results. The Federated Equine Inspection tour has been judges for years by Joan Harmus, who holds credentials as a USEF "R" judge at recognized shows across the country.
Ryker is currently being offered for sale. He and his half-brother can be seen (by appointment) at Carisbrooke Farm, nestled in the quiet, scenic hills just west of Stillwater, MN and east of the Twin Cities.
