🐴 Haul-In Riding Update! 🐴

Good news! Both arenas are fully open again for haul-in riding.

Open Daily: 9 AM – 9 PM

As the weather gets warmer and as the facilty becomes a little busier here are some reminders to keep things running smoothly!

Pricing:
• $10/hour per horse
• Unlimited Riding Membership: $100/month

Please make all checks payable to SVR Equine Services.

⚠️The outdoor arena is not regularly maintained during the winter. Some days the footing is great, other days it may not be ideal — please ride with awareness and caution.

If you haven’t ridden with us or haven’t ridden here yet in 2026, please fill out a liability waiver before riding and place it in the drop box by the indoor arena gate

We are a public arena, so you will likely be sharing space with other riders. Please communicate when entering the arena, using equipment, or working c**ts, and always respect each other’s space.

Hello friends of Saddle View Ranch!
As we head into the new year, we’re excited to once again welcome open riding/haul-ins to our facility. Please note that for now until our outdoors can dry up a bit, our roper friends will be using the indoor arena for dummy practice on Saturdays starting at 1:00 PM, as well as meeting most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from approximately 3:00–4:00 PM to tune their horses for the upcoming season. 🤠
If your horse is sensitive to extra activity, please plan your haul-in and ride times accordingly. Thank you to everyone who comes to share, enjoy, and respect this space—with each other and with your horses ❤️

Important update regarding EHV!

As a proactive step to keep everyone’s horses safe and healthy and to minimize any unnecessary risk, we’re temporarily closing to open riders until further notice. This means no haul Ins!
While there are limited confirmed cases of EHV in Montana, we’d like to help keep it that way.

We also ask all boarders to limit nonessential hauling, avoid contact with unfamiliar horses, skip sharing equipment between horses from different households, and keep an eye out for any signs of illness such as fever or respiratory changes.
If your horse has recently traveled or been in a high-exposure environment, please let us know.

Thank you all for helping us keep the barn healthy, calm, and EHV-free — we truly appreciate everyone’s cooperation. 🐴❤️

Hello SVR fam! As we ring in the new year & hopefully some warmer weather, we wanted to share some updates:
We have halted our lesson program for the time being, which means that 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 / 𝐇𝐀𝐔𝐋-𝐈𝐍𝐒 are now available to you all day, 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄, 9am - 9pm. Show up, sign in, pay, & ride! Ride hourly at $10/hour per rider or $100/month membership unlimited riding.

Goes out anywhere alone or with a group- arena, ranch, down to town, or on the trails. Very broke, smooth ride, goes all day without complaining. No buck, kick, rear, etc. There is absolutely nothing this mare won’t do. She gave us one flashy c**t and was a wonderful mother. Good to shoe, tie, clip, bathe, handle, no bad habits or undesirable traits. We truly cannot say enough good things about this mare. We will miss her, but know she will make a great addition to anyone’s outfit.

Hello friends, we hope everybody is ready for the cold front moving in! 🥶
We wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know we have spots available for BOARDING.
We have stalls, stalls with runs, paddocks and paddocks with shelters available. Full care, feed can be provided, and additional services offered. plus, unlimited access to our wonderful facility! And only a 20 minutes drive from Missoula 😊

Happy New Year everybody! We're so lucky to start 2024 off with wonderful clients, horses, and opportunities. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us throughout the past year. Below, you'll find a current schedule for the Indoor arena along with a few reminders regarding the facility.

INDOOR ARENA OPEN RIDING TIMES:

Unless stated otherwise the indoor arena is closed to the public for lessons Tuesday-Thursday every week 2pm-6:30pm.
Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the indoor arena is open 8am-8pm.

FACILITY REMINDERS:

*Within the next couple of weeks, we will have two indoor stalls with outdoor runs available for long-term board. We suspect these will get filled quickly, so if you're interested please contact us immediately.

*Open riding is available for $10/hour or $100/month for a riding membership, that membership covers unlimited riding time as long as the arena is not in scheduled use.

*If you've got a group of friends and/or family you'd like to get riding with more consistently, and would like to have the space to yourselves, we'd be happy to rent out the facility for a handful of hours. Please contact us if you are interested.
