Still remember the day we decided on the exact orientation of the building. Gosh, the nerves! Terrifying to look at a piece of string between two orange cones, praying we got it right. But once the framing went up and everything came together, we sighed deep relief. As planned (and hoped!), the southern gabled end highlights the Cascade Foothills with a grace and ease that makes it all feel connected—there’s a sense of peace and profound beauty that overtakes you when you’re standing inside, gazing over at Oregon.

Seeing our black wood tables and black cane chairs in action has been a real thrill 〰️ Took us a long time to find the right ones. We wanted them to match the building and fit in with the landscapes. We wanted them to feel modern, refined and authentic. We couldn’t be more satisfied with how they look and feel in our spaces. And in case you didn’t know, everything in our furniture collection is included when you book and our team will set it all up & break it all down for you.

Technically those mountains in the background there are the Cascade Foothills but gosh, up close and personal they really do feel like official mountains— as dramatic as the Tetons or the Remarkables or some other grand range of peaks 🏔️ Just so darn majestic and beautiful and THERE, right behind you at every moment, when you’re hugging your bff, sipping your mezcal marg, orrr casually just saying yes to forever 😭❤️‍🔥
