A Good Samaritan found this little guy in their neighborhood (near Morningside Terrace & Potomac View Rd)…he’s a grey & white domestic short-medium hair (not neutered) w/out a microchip. He’s staying the night at our clinic but we’re planning to call LCAS (Loudoun County Animal Services) to pick him up tomorrow. Feelin’ Hot, Hot, Hot!! Just a reminder that it’ll be 95+ degrees this weekend & The National Weather Service has put a heat advisory warning out for NOVA. Try to keep your pets indoors and out of vehicles if at all possible. Remember if the pavement is hot to the touch, your pets paw pads can easily get burned…taking dogs out on walks or running with you could potentially put them at risk for heat stroke.
