HAPPY VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST WEEK!!

Many people don’t realize our CSR’s do more than just answer phones. They prepare surgery and drop-off paperwork, they act as a liaison between owners, techs and doctors, they manage the schedule and help to get patients seen and fit-in. CSR’s are the the first and last person clients talk to, and they give comfort to clients when they’re in distress and provide a shoulder to cry on during tough times. Our CSR’s do so much, we could go on and on, but we just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to our incredible team of CSR’s for all they do!

If you talk to any of these amazing staff members this week, please thank them for all they do; they are our backbone of support, and unsung hero’s in their own way!

Dr Kingsley is the best! My dogs, cat and I just love her! She takes great care of my animals and the staff there is awesome as well!😍
Thank you for seeing Spirit on Saturday! You and your staff are the best out there :)
Hello, I am with Town Hall. Each month we mail gift cards to welcome new residents as they move into our community. We feature only one exclusive business within each business category, and I am searching for a Veterinarian in your area to fill that spot. I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our product and discuss the program. Usually, 10-15 minutes is sufficient. You may reply to this message with your availability or for a faster response, feel free to call or text me on my cell which is listed in my signature. I look forward to your response and wish you a good day. Thank you Karla Cain (540) 664-5514
Great first visit with our new boxer puppy. Very nice staff. Prompt service. Got to watch from window !!!!!!
Our beautiful cat Minnie’s fur got a little out of hand and our usual groomer was at a loss as to what to do and keep her comfortable so we turned to our trusted veterinarian office for advice. Tracy took loving, gentle care of our sweet girl and made sure she was free of the matted fur and completely clean and comfortable. We received clear instructions how to care for her after her appointment and great advice to keep Minnie well groomed in the future. Thanks Tracy for doing such an excellent job today and we are so grateful for the loving care we always get anytime we bring any of our pets to Countryside Animal Clinic. The entire staff is so amazing and professional but most importantly, they truly care about each and every animal that comes through their door and treat them as their own:)
Great veterinarians! Showed wonderful concern for our little 4-week old kitty.
I work for a clinic in S.C. and wanted to personally thank you for the care and support you give your employees and clients. It’s quite obvious that you, as we are, have a lot on your plates and are doing the best you can during this unforeseen world change. What is even more obvious to me, is that you value the mental and physical health of your employees. It warms my heart and I can only pray one day I find a clinic like yours. I commend you on having the strength to put this out there to your clients. Thank you for making my day. Take care and I wish you many healthy pets and puppy kisses. Debbie
Dr. Griffin is the best. She is kind, caring, and loving with our fur babies. We love the staff and Dr. Griffin.
Countryside took my Timmy at 1:00 on a Sat even though I got the wrong day for my appt and they didn’t have him on their schedule.
BEST veterinary practice on the planet! We’ve been going there for over 29 years and our Roxy loves every single person there, from the front desk, techs and doctors. Very compassionate and thoughtful about explaining treatment options.
Hi:) I never thanked you folks for helping this guy into my life. June, 2015 I found two injured kittens in rush hour traffic and brought them to your office. Mac (Mekoides) here is the one who made it. Back then, with a broken back leg and folded paw, he got called ‘Gimpy’ 🙂 The paw straightened out over time with a brace- he runs on it and uses it now! Oh, and he’s been to 17 states and he’s looking forward to getting out of lockdown, too:) Thank you!!
I want to thank the whole Countryside clinic for adapting new protocols to keep us pet parents and all the staff members safe during this crazy time, while keeping the same dedication and love you have always shown to our fur babies. I appreciate all the work you guys do! Stay healthy!
