We would like to make an announcement for all of our customers concerned about the current situation revolving the canine respiratory virus as we have received a lot of questions.
We are aware of the situation and are keeping up on all current news to ensure that your pets are safe in our facility. As many of you have gotten the notification already, pets are required to have vaccinations of rabies, bordetella and dhpp in our facility. This is now our policy to implement, so pets without these vaccines will not be allowed to receive service.
We completely understand if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment at this time. We do not have a policy of cancellations regarding a time frame to do so in, but we ask that you do it before your appointment time so we can fill those slots for the holidays. Appointments that are not canceled/rescheduled will still be marked as a no show.
We are asking if your pet shows any of the symptoms, to keep them home. While we can notice symptoms if a pet is in our care, we rely mainly on the trust of our clients to let us know if their pet has any of these symptoms since we cannot check pets for sickness at check in.
