Due to higher volume, here are some of the following changes: 
1. Any no shows or short noticed cancellations will be charged 50% of the total grooming bill at next appointment.
When you don’t show for your appointment or give a 24hr notice of change, it is very hard to fill that time slot. It is money lost for the shop.
After 2nd late notice cancellation or no show, we will require also a 100% non- refundable pre-pay before additional appointments are made.
⭐️I know emergency come up, and each case will be determined by owner if fees will apply.
2. Any client that is 15 mins late or more to there appointment time, will have to reschedule and count as a late notice cancellation.
⏰ We only scheduled a small grace time between clients to insure efficiency and keep over lapping appointments to a minimum.
3. I am no longer offing appointments for NEW Large breed clients. ( My old back injury has had all it can take )
🐾 I am able to provide grooming services on CURRENT large breed clients. 🐾
4. To insure your pet is properly cared for, I would suggest to get your pup on a 4,6, or 8 week schedule to insure timely grooming needs.
5. No longer offering once or twice a year shave downs, or extremely matted pet shave downs. All clients need to be groomed no longer than 4 months apart.
⭐️Only exceptions are newly rescued pets from bad situations.
I want to support the needs of neglected pups.
( Going many months with out proper grooming is stressful for the pet, and damages my expensive grooming tools )
