🤎 Have an Atlas, will travel…

Little Atlas is coming a long way since we first picked him up. His URI is becoming more and more asymptomatic, he is weaning properly and he sure does have an appetite!

He also loves his little backpack (thank you Tim Schmidt!) We heard the other day, “Your backpack has ears!” It sure does, and it purrs too 😹 This gem has ensured Atlas is fed within his needed window and never gets too lonely. Socialization is essential in effective adoptions! He is a snuggle butt & lover!!

❣️We don’t have much storage space available anymore so we are only requesting a small supply of necessary items to currently aid our efforts and support our community! All items ship direct and tax receipts are always available upon request ❣️

🩵 We did it again… little 4 week old Purrito foundling , now named Atlas. He found alone, at a local business, with an upper respiratory infection (URI) and no mama or other known litter mates around. He’s currently on his first round of dewormer and anitbiotics.

We are asking for donations of KMR and wet kitten food & puppy pads at this time 🙏🏼. Also, vet donations can be placed directly on our “A Hound to Hold” account at Suwannee Valley Veterinary Clinic.

One day, one little soul at a time 🤍

We have found a very loving kitty in rough shape. There’s a collar on her that HAD an air tag. (It’s missing from its case.) I scanned for a chip, but no reads.

She’s a special looking girl. She was in a bad spot by the river and in rough shape, so in good faith, she’s currently with us.

Liv, Freya & Rune: my little Vikings, took their freedom ride to Gainesville today. 🥲

I stray away from personally naming the little ones, but this little trio was extra special to me. I always tell them don’t you wink at me, give me those little “mews” or that little paw reach… that I’m strictly just “Survival Mom”, but these little toasters helped fill the silence where there’s been a void; caring for them was extra sweet.

Onto permanent foster and then their forever homes they go. 🫶🏼

Thank you endlessly for continued partnerships that gives these little souls the lives they deserve❣️

🤍 LOOKING FOR EMERGENCY FOSTER: this little trio is roughly 4 weeks old. They’ve been dewormed, are weaned onto wet food & starting to litter train. Permanent foster and adoption are in the works, but we could use a hand in the meantime. All supplies provided. Transport to Gainesville when they’re ready is also provided. Simply need someone to lend the extra time to love on them…

Prevention of overbreeding will save countless lives during storm season, & vaccinations will help improve the quality lives of our community and free-roaming felines!
