Hey Red Rover Community!

Please help us find a suitable long term home for this cutie named Pickles. 🥒

Pickles is located in Steamboat Springs and he’s in need of home who can match his high energy and playful personality.

Stats:
Male Yorkshire Terrier
1 yr 4 months (still a pup!)
10lbs and neutered
Vaccinations up to date
Travels well
Loves all animals and children

Yorkies make great companions for home, traveling (due to their size) and great little hikers if trained correctly. We have an 11 year old Yorkie and she smashed 5 fourteeners back in her day. Also they can be great at swimming and paddle-boarding, activities you don’t typically associate a little Yorkie with.

And, they make great stocking stuffers too, just saying! 😉🎁❤️

November marks our anniversary. Hard to believe it has already been a year since we transitioned to new ownership. 🎉

Happy to share that Moose found his forever home a couple of weeks ago. Brandon personally drove him down to Southern Utah to meet his new family. It was quite the experience seeing Moose outside Red Rover. There was a moment during their overnight stay at a hotel when Moose jumped on the bed just being a dog, and it pulled at Brandon’s heartstrings. When it was time to say goodbye after Moose spent some time getting comfortable with his new family, you would think he might look back. Nope. He was already playing with his new sister and checking out the livestock on the property.

He settled right in, which tells us everything we need to know. He is home.
